2. Definition of Personal Information

Personal information means information relating to a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, or other description, including information that can be easily matched with other information to identify a specific individual, or information that contains an individual identification code.

10. Handling of Pseudonymized Information

When the Company creates pseudonymized information from acquired personal information, meaning information relating to an individual obtained by processing personal information so that a specific individual cannot be identified unless matched with other information after taking measures prescribed by applicable laws and regulations, the Company will process the information properly in accordance with applicable standards.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company may change the content of this Privacy Policy as necessary. In such cases, the Company will announce or notify the effective date and content of the revised Privacy Policy by an appropriate method. If a change requires the customer's consent under applicable laws and regulations, the Company will make the change after taking procedures to obtain such consent.
